Good questions.
What makes a good photo?
JPG, PNG or WebP from any phone. Face visible, decent light. Pick a clear photo of one pet, with their ears and face in view. Avoid strong shadows or anything covering their eyes.
How long does a portrait take?
Usually under 30 seconds. Busy periods can take a little longer. Your preview is free; canvas and digital checkout open on launch.
Will it actually look like my pet?
That’s the whole point. We keep their real face, markings and expression at the heart of the painting. AI can get things wrong, so inspect your free preview and try another style if needed.
Which sizes can I choose?
Our planned canvas sizes are 12″ × 16″ ($59), 18″ × 24″ ($99) and 24″ × 32″ ($149). All are portrait-format 3:4, with US shipping included. The digital file is $14.90. Prices are in USD.
When will my canvas arrive?
When checkout opens, allow 3 to 5 business days for production plus 3 to 5 business days in transit in the US. Holiday cutoffs are announced on the site in November. Reservations do not start production.
What if I don’t love it?
Our launch promise: love it or we remake it. If the portrait doesn't look like your pet, we repaint it free or refund the digital. Damaged or misprinted canvases will be replaced or refunded. See our Refunds page for the full policy.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo goes to fal.ai to make your portrait. We do not save the uploaded original on our storage. Portraits are kept for up to 30 days, with expired files removed on the next generation request. Read our Privacy policy for provider retention and your rights.
